How it works

Step 1 — Discovery Call

We start with a short, no-pressure conversation. You tell us where you are, what’s not working, and where you’d like more clarity. We’ll walk through the process and answer any questions you have.

Step 2 — Thoughtful Intake

If it’s a fit, you’ll receive a guided questionnaire. These prompts help you reflect on your work, audience, values, and goals — and help us tailor the session to you.

Step 3 — 1-on-1 Narrative Session

We’ll meet for a focused session (usually 90–120 minutes) to explore your positioning, clarify your message, and develop the foundation of your brand narrative — together.

Step 4 — Delivery & Implementation Guidance

You’ll receive a customized Brand & Narrative document — complete with your positioning, messaging, and storylines. We’ll also walk you through how to use it in your marketing, website, or even how you introduce yourself.
